Your ideal flatmate!

You might be new to the city of Hyderabad! Welcome to the city of Charminar, Irani chai, Osmania biscuits and ofcourse, Biryani!! :)
Or perhaps you have been in the city for a while now, like me!! And if yes, you know how awesome the city of Hyderabad is!! :)
In either case, finding the right set of people to connect with is a task which all of us look forward to when trying to make a decision on which flat/apartment we want to move in!
I had faced this earlier and getting to know about folks before moving in sometimes can get a little awkward!
So, I had this idea as to why not create something which I can show to others which would let them know on why I can be an awesome flatmate and buddy to have and as to what I bring to the table!
And so, here it goes!
As someone who has lived in Hyderabad for quite a good while now, I can show you around places and suggest good places for eat outs!
I have lived all my time in Madhapur/Hi-Tech City in Hyderabad and this is perhaps the most happening of places in the city with Jubilee Hills right beside it! If you follow the world of glitz and glam, you would know this is where all the stars live in Hyderabad and where interesting things happen! :D
As someone who likes going out (and if you are into social clubbing), I can suggest pretty good places for having a chilled out beer/drink and fun time and can suggest you which cocktails are a must try in those places! And of course, I can accompany you as well! :)
If you crave for a late night tea/snack, I can show/take you to the right place (including pretty cool late night tea joints which are awesome for their Irani Chai!)
Always open to house parties anytime! :D I make friends pretty easily and can mingle with folks and your friends would have a chill time when they come over! :)
I can cook a variety of dishes and they taste pretty good and so you can have home cooked food if we plan it out!
All flat/apartment responsibilities and costs would be shared equal and we can have fun in cleaning our flat too (talk about gamification :D)!
When I am inside the room, it would mostly be myself and my physics/astronomy podcasts/lectures/videos (I love black holes, relativity and quantum physics!) and you won't hear from me unless you probably want me to come out! Talk about TBBT influence!
We can binge on Netflix/movies/series together (weekends sorted). As someone who keenly watches world cinema, I can give you suggestions from Rashomon, Casablanca to anything else that released yesterday! We can go to theatres more too! (you can probably find me in a theater almost every weekend and that's my love for cinema in big screens!)
We can read either Dostoevsky or Chetan Bhagat as well for the book nights! You get the drift! :)
Last but not least, if you are someone who probably don't know Telugu (you are new maybe!), then fret not! Learning languages is one of my pastimes and now I speak fluent Telugu after all these time in Hyderabad (ofcourse I am fluent in Hindi as well)! :)
Absolutely pet friendly!
If you are into sports, then we are in the same boat! Lifelong Manchester United fan and game nights are not to be missed!
A no non-sense flatmate at the end of the day!
So, with all this said and done, why not let me know if you have a pretty cool place in and around Hi-Tech city in Hyderabad and are looking for a chill buddy as flatmate, then let me know and we can catch up and talk it out further.

And below is what I am looking at!
A single room in a flat/apartment (preference for gated communities first) with all amenities in and around Hi-Tech city in Hyderabad and the areas I am looking out for are below(in order of preference):
Madhapur
Kondapur
Gachibowli
Financial district
Amenities looking for - Bed, attached bathroom, geyser, wardrobe/mirror/cupboards, fan, lights, washing machine, good water supply, TV and AC (tv and ac not being there isn't a deal broker though if other facilities/flat/locality is good!) and a working Wi-fi connection!
A common balcony in the flat atleast is something I am looking for (an attached balcony would be awesome!).
Car and Bike Park is something I am looking for. It would be a car and a bike along with me that would be moving in! :D
Proximity to all other amenities/convenience stores/market/hospitals/food joints nearby and location not being too distant from such places!
As mentioned above, all costs would be equally split!
Independence of movement and no time restrictions as such!
To one of the most important thing -- the budget I am looking at - like with anyone, I am looking for as cheap as possible! :D
A ball park estimate would be around 10-12k including maintenance! the lower the better ofcourse! :D
